The Omaha City Council is expected to formally ask the Douglas County Election Commissioner to mail early voter ballot requests to all registered voters for the upcoming city of Omaha elections.
Those mailings went out last week, but to voters already on a list.
A little less than half of registered Omaha voters have been mailed a green postcard to apply for an early ballot.
