A drive-up Covid-19 vaccination clinic is planned for the Metropolitan Community College-Fort Omaha Campus, though a specific date has not been set.
A spokesperson for the college said they are working closely with Douglas County Health to maintain efficiency and convenience.
The Fort Omaha Campus is already a "Test Nebraska" site, and Douglas County Commissioner Chris Rodgers tells 6 News the location is ideal.
Rodgers says there is a great need for a mass vaccination site in North Omaha, and added the parking there is a huge factor in why the location would work.
