The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office says the arrest of 47-year-old Kyle Marek stems from electronic communications investigators accuse him of sending to a minor.
Marek is a soccer coach for "Gretna Elite Academy" and an assistant high school soccer coach in the Papillion- La Vista Community Schools.
Child Enticement is a Class 1D felony which carries a mandatory minimum three-year sentence and a maximum of 50 years, according to the release from the Sarpy County Attorney’s Office.
