Bellevue dad charged in his children's deaths appears in California court

(San Matteo County, CA) -- A Bellevue father implicated in the deaths of his two children makes his first court appearance.

WOWT 6 News reports that Wednesday afternoon, 35 year old Adam Price waived extradition during the court appearance in San Mateo County, California. Price waiving extradition means he should be back in Nebraska soon to face charges in connection to the children's deaths.

Price was arrested in Pacifica, California on Sunday after his 3 year old son Theodore and 5 year old daughter Emily were found dead in his home. He faces two charges of felony child abuse resulting in death.
