Omaha Fire Investigators say a Monday evening fire in a house near 40th and Sprague was accidental in nature; caused by an alternative power supply to the structure, with utility service found to be off.
Firefighters quickly brought the fire at the back of the place under control in about 15 minutes.
The fire was called in just past 7 p.m, and there were no injuries reported.
