Nebraska Forces Deciding Game In Fayetteville Regional

In the NCAA College Baseball Regionals on the "Road to Omaha" and the College World Series: Nebraska silences what had been a raucous Baum-Walker Stadium crowd of over 11-thousand Sunday night with a 5-3 win over number one seed Arkansas in the Fayetteville Regional.

The Huskers and the Hogs are now in a winner-take-all showdown Monday evening at 6, to be televised on ESPN2.

The 34 and 13 Big Red trailed 3-2 after four innings, but used a three-run fifth inning and Spencer Schwellenbach slamming the door with a career-best 4.2 shutout innings to get the win.

The Big Ten Player of the Year, who also had an RBI single, fanned four and allowed just one hit, which dropped his season ERA to 0.57.
