(Sarpy County, NE) -- A Bellevue father accused in the deaths of his two children waives his right to a preliminary hearing.

Sarpy County court documents show that on Monday, Adam Price waived his preliminary hearing, which was set for Tuesday. Price is charged with two counts of felony child abuse or neglect resulting in death.

Price’s children, 3-year-old Theodore and 5-year-old Emily, were found dead in his Bellevue home during a welfare check last month. Price was arrested in northern California following the children's deaths. The Sarpy County Attorney’s Office says Theodore and Emily's causes of death are still under investigation, but that police are calling it a homicide.
