The Omaha Public Power District says it was a tree that got into a power line that caused outages for 1,500 customers in the southwest part of the Omaha metro area early Tuesday morning, and they hope to finish up power restorations at midday.
The utility says the outage was between Discovery Drive and Giles Road; from 126th to 138th Streets.
