NU Regent Faces Witness Tampering Charge

A judge releases University of Nebraska Regent Jack Stark on his own recognizance after Stark is arrested for felony witness tampering, a Class 4 Felony.

Stark appeared before a judge on the charges, which are in connection to the case of Douglas Anders.

Anders is a personal trainer who was sentenced to up to 30 years in prison for sexual assault.

Stark is accused of asking a witness in the Anders case to not testify.
