A Judge Will Rule On Next Course Of Action In NU Regent Case

Douglas County Judge Craig McDermott has taken under advisement and will rule later on whether University of Nebraska Regent Jack Stark should be bound over to District Court for trial on a felony tampering charge.

Stark, accused of witness tampering, appeared in Douglas County Court for his preliminary hearing.

The well - known local sports psychologist was arrested late this past Summer in connection with an August 2020 incident, and he and his attorney are fighting the charge.
