OPD: Charges possibly pending in death of Ralston High School senior

(Omaha, NE) -- The Omaha Police Department says charges are possibly pending in connection to the death of a Ralston High School senior.

Police say just after 10:00 Saturday night, 18 year old Tanner Farrell was shot at a home near 161st and Harrison. Farrell was taken to Bergan Mercy where he later died from his injuries.

Few details have been provided, but OPD says there are no outstanding suspects at this time and that the Douglas County Attorney's Office is currently reviewing this case with charges possibly pending. The shooting remains under investigation.
